Hi, I am Tara. As a travel enthusiast, nature and animal lover, and a forever student. I am always seeking to learn and grow as a spiritual and energetic being contained in this physical body.

I am a certified Usui-style Reiki Master/Teacher, Intuitive Guide, Somatic Energy Practitioner, and Sound Healing Practitioner, who honors many different traditions and cultures regarding healing modalities. I honor the animals, plants, earth, and nature that surround us and use them as guides and mentors. 

My goal is always to connect you in body and mind, and as a believer that we are all able to heal ourselves from within.

By using my intuition and guides, I will assist you in tuning into your guides and your unique gifts and abilities.

  • 1:1 Reiki sessions with me offer tranquility, peace, and relaxation at the very basic level, but with repeated sessions, and as we deepen our connection, I will guide you as you transcend into your own subconscious and connection with self.

    1:1 Coaching and Intuitive Guidance sessions offer clarity and guidance from a place of non-judgement. Holding you in your own unconditional love. We can discuss anything you want from business, health, love, to the metaphysical.

    Private Sound Baths can assist in deep healing. When you let the sounds and vibrations wash over you and your cells, you are able to let go and release deep attachments, wounds, fears, memories, and more. This work assists in transformational letting go and releasing.

  • Each session is curated to hold you in the most safe and sacred space. You are held in a healing and cleansing light with the most pure of intentions infused into each session. Your personalized session may include customized HZ sound healing, a thorough cleansing of your aura, grounding, visualization, chakra balancing, crystals, animal and/or oracle cards. Each session will be different and no two sessions are the same.

    After the first session, we will build upon each session moving forward.

  • Through all of years, and all of the work I have done on myself, I have found that giving back and being of service to others is the path I walk during this lifetime. I found the way back to myself, was through finding myself. Mindfulness and Reiki have brought an insurmountable amount of peace and healing to my life, and I want to share that with as many people as possible. I truly believe that we are all able and capable of healing ourselves from within if we really tune in and listen to our bodies.
